HOW DO I APPLY

Here is the application form. Please complete and mail. You will be contacted once the form is reviewed.

WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?

All rent payments are due on the 1st of the month

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I AM SELECTED FOR A UNIT?

Once a unit becomes available and you are ranked #1 on the waiting list for that location and bedroom size, you will receive a letter of selection. You have 7 days to respond to the letter.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO RE-CERTIFY?

You need to submit a recertification form anytime your income changes or your household members change. Here is the recertification form.
